Ongoing maintenance and system takeover

Like a motor vehicle, your Audio Visual, Security or Smart Home systems will require regular scheduled services and will occasionally go wrong. Fade offers maintenance packages to both residential and business customers. These are customised to your needs, but most packages will include:-

  • An annual on-site visit to check systems, update firmware and to make minor configuration adjustments, if required.

  • We install remote access equipment allowing us to investigate problems and make changes without visiting the site. We carry out a second annual check-up remotely.

  • A telephone and email helpdesk. We commit to addressing and resolving any issues within an agreed service level.

  • Refresher training on how to use the various systems

  • We produce and maintain written technical documentation and user guides.

  • Our maintenance customers get a significant discount on any upgrades or new equipment that they purchase.

Many of our maintenance customers originally purchased their Audio Visual, Security or Smart Home systems from another installer. If your systems need an upgrade, for example, to 4K Ultra High Definition, or you are having ongoing problems but your original installer is unable to help you, then Fade can normally assist.
